BE YOUR BIKINI – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About Us
   Be Your Bikini organizes creative beachside events where participants customize their own bikinis using decorative materials such as pearls, shells, charms, beads, and other accessories.

2. Booking & Payment
   All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Participation
   Participants must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent if permitted under local law.

4. Health & Safety
   Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during the event. Be Your Bikini is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of materials, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Personal Property
   Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Be Your Bikini accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

6. Photography & Content
   Photos and videos may be taken during events for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their image unless they notify us in writing before the event.

7. Weather Conditions
   As events may take place outdoors, Be Your Bikini reserves the right to modify, postpone, or relocate an event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Your Bikini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in an event.

9. Intellectual Property
   All content, branding, logos, designs, and materials associated with Be Your Bikini remain the property of Be Your Bikini and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Be Your Bikini operates.

By booking and attending an event, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
