BE YOUR BIKINI – REFUND & REBOOKING POLICY

At Be Your Bikini, each event requires advance planning, materials, venue preparation, and limited participant spaces. For this reason, all bookings are final.

1. No Refunds
   All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed events, changes of mind, or failure to attend.

2. Rebooking Policy
   If a participant is unable to attend their scheduled event, they may request to transfer their booking to a future Be Your Bikini event, subject to availability.

 

Rebooking requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

 

Only one rebooking is permitted per booking.

1. No-Show Policy
   Participants who do not attend their scheduled event without prior notice will forfeit their booking and will not be eligible for a credit or rebooking.

2. Event Cancellation by Be Your Bikini
   In the unlikely event that Be Your Bikini cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund; or

• A transfer to another available event date.

 

By completing a booking, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Rebooking Policy.

   Event photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in marketing materials must notify us prior to the event.

7. Custom-Made Bikini
   Each bikini is custom-made and personalized according to the participant’s selections provided before the event. Due to the bespoke nature of the product, we cannot guarantee the fit, support, or overall wear of the bikini on every body type.

8. Final Selection
   Once the bikini style, size, color, and customization options have been confirmed, no modifications can be made. All selections are final.

9. No Changes on the Day of the Workshop
   To ensure proper preparation and production, one bikini is specifically planned and made for each participant. Therefore, it will not be possible to change the style, size, color, or any other option during the workshop.

10. Participant Responsibility
    Participants are responsible for providing accurate sizing information and selections. We are not liable for any fitting issues resulting from incorrect information provided or changes in preference after confirmation.
